The admission window is open especially for CBCMP graduates so that the students may join the program from the second year spring (all English curriculum).
Therefore, G30 students may choose to apply to 1. the General Admission (http://www.stn.osaka-u.ac.jp/english/program/requirement.html), or to 2. the Admission from G30 CBCMP (specified herein) to enter the program from the second year—depending on their level of Japanese proficiency as well as their biomedical science background.
For the Admission from G30 CBCMP, applicants must demonstrate a strong biomedical science background because, if accepted, they will skip the first year classes that cover most of the basic biomedical materials in Japanese.
An applicant must be a first-year Master's student at the time of application in one of the following Graduate Schools/ Departments (Divisions) at Osaka University.
