Thai Students’ Association in Japan under the Royal Patronage
在日タイ留学生協会 (TSAJ)
Thai Students’ Association in Japan under the Royal Patronage (在日タイ留学生協会 – TSAJ) was officially established in 1939. The ultimate goal of TSAJ is to serve as a central organization of all Thai students who are studying in Japan. We conduct activities to support living and promote relationship among Thai and Japanese people. We also act as a student network connecting Thai students in Japan and Thailand.
In the fiscal year 2015, I have been elected to be a vice-president of TSAJ. Our committee will conduct a variety of activities throughout the year; for example, Thailand-Japan International Academic Conference, Thai Students’ Sport Competition, Thai Festival in Tokyo and Osaka, and other annual Thai traditional events. Furthermore, we are affiliated with Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo and Royal Thai Consulate-General in Osaka to support all Thai students in Japan.
Being a committee of TSAJ will provide an opportunity to develop my leader and management skills, which are the main purposes of IPBS as the Leading Program of Osaka University.
